If rumours are to be believed, The Undertaker didn’t know what was suppose to be done in the ring and he was relying on Brock Lesnar to keep doing something in the ring. It was a big shock for the whole WWE universe when Undertaker’s 21-0 streak ended in the recent WrestleMania XXX.

The Undertaker was taken to hospital after the match due to concussion and it is believed that The Undertaker suffered concussion when he hit his head on the floor during the match with Brock Lesnar.
