WWE: Former announcer Jim Ross hospitalized, updates fans about his health

Former WWE ringside announcer Jim Ross

WWE Hall of Famer, Jim Ross, admitted himself to a hospital on Thursday after he was not feeling well.

Following a trip to Las Vegas for the Cauliflower Alley Club, Ross returned to his home in Oklohoma after which he fell ill. On that night, good old JR informed his fans on twitter that he had checked into a hospital to seek medical attention.

Got home from Vegas not feeling well. Now spending the night in the hospital for observation. Shouldn't have said anything to my wife.

Ross remained under medical observation on Friday as he updated his twitter with the following message in the afternoon.

Thanks to all for their well wishes. Still hospitalized undergoing multiple tests. Eliminating things as we go. Podcast material. :)

Two hours later, Ross added,

Bumper to bumper medicals. 2 MRI 's, blood drawn 4X, echocardiogram, neck artery scan....all today. Awakened every 2 hours since last nite.
