Thus far, AEW has presented Jade Cargill as an indomitable force on television. The AEW star had been looking for a new manager, and this week, she finally moved forward with Mark Sterling as her partner.
For those unaware, Sterling was featured as MJF's infamous lawyer on AEW Dynamite last year. He had approached Jade Cargill about managing her in the past, and now that the manager-wrestler duo is official, he only gets paid if Cargill wins during her matches.
This week, she issued an open challenge, which was accepted by KiLynn King. As expected, Cargill picked up another victory and maintained her undefeated streak in AEW.
The AEW Women's Division is heating up, as Hikaru Shida was honored with a brand-new women's title belt this week. On Sunday, however, Dr. Britt Baker may dethrone her from the top of the mountain.
AEW's booking of Jade Cargill has indicated that she will also enter the top title picture at some point. Cargill's dominance in the women's division remains unparalleled, and whoever feuds with her next will likely meet the same fate as KiLynn King.
