#7. Terrence & Terrell Hughes vs. Santana & Ortiz on AEW Dark

Terrell and Santana got the AEW Dark match rolling with a collar and elbow tie-up. The early exchanges ended in a stalemate, but Santana cracked Terrell across the jaw with a kick. Santana executed the Three Amigos. The third suplex was done with Ortiz.

Terrell dropped Ortiz with a shoulder tackle before making the tag to Terrence. Their father, D-Von Dudley, would have been proud of that shoulder tackle. T&T worked on wearing down Ortiz, but the Inner Circle member stopped Terrence with a few strikes and a DDT. Santana was back into the match, and he got a two-count with a crossbody.

Ortiz and Santana physically broke down Terrence in an organized way. They got a near fall with a Death Valley Driver-neck breaker combo. Terrell had to come in and break the pin. Ortiz delivered two left-hand clotheslines before making the tag to Santana. Ortiz and Santana were in the driver's seat.

Terrence finally created some separation with a big Belly-to-Belly suplex. Terrell got the hot tag, and he took Ortiz out with a backdrop. He got a two-count with a power slam.

Terrell and Terrence delivered the 3D on Ortiz near fall as Santana rushed in to make the save. The Inner Circle took control of the match and ended it with a combination on AEW Dark.

Result: Santana & Ortiz, def. Terrence & Terrell Hughes on AEW Dark

#8. Sammy Guevara vs. Aaron Solow on AEW Dark

Guevara and Solow began with some mat work before engaging in a series of holds. They tried to submit each other on the mat, including a few pinning predicaments, before they got back up on their feet.

Guevara caught Solow with a dropkick with a kip-up that followed. Solow, however, caught Sammy with the dropkick in mid-air. The action moved to the outside as Solow executed a springboard dive. Back in the ring, both men had a back-and-forth exchange of strikes.

Solow went up to the top, but Sammy caught him with a brutal knee as he was coming down. Sammy showed off in the ring with a few push-ups. Sammy executed an epic springboard top-rope moonsault on Solow on the outside.

Sammy missed the 450, and Solow responded with a double foot stomp for a two-count. Solow followed it with a screw-high kick. Sammy got in the roundhouse kick.

Solow, however, replied with a kick. Sammy finished the match with the GTH knee strike on AEW Dark.

Result: Sammy Guevara def. Aaron Solow on AEW Dark

Grade: B+


Sammy Guevara cut a promo after the match about picking up wins. Guevara said that it was his tenth pro wrestling anniversary, and he spoke about the hard work he'd put in on the indie circuit. This was a solid promo from Guevara. A babyface turn is just around the corner.


#9. Ariel Levy & El Cuervo De Puerto Rico vs. Chaos Project on AEW Dark

El Cuervo and Serpentico kicked off the match with a fast-paced sequence.

Cuervo caught Serpentico in the ropes, and he executed a moonsault kick before tagging Levy in. Luther came in on the other end, and he connected with a series of clubbing blows. Levy got a two-count with a running knee strike.

Luther took control of the match, and as expected, he used Serpentico as a weapon in the corner. Serpentico hesitated, but Luther had the final say. Levy was in all kinds of trouble as Chaos Project dominated the match. Levy created some separation with a double neck breaker before making the tag to Cuervo.

Cuervo dropped Serpentico with a flying enziguri. He got a near fall with a diving crossbody as Luther came in to break the pin. Levy got flattened on the outside by Luther.

Cuervo was alone in the ring, and Chaos Project finished the AEW Dark match with the Creeping Death.

Result: Chaos Project def. Ariel Levy & El Cuervo De Puerto Rico on AEW Dark
