Abadon understands her character. She plays the Su Yung/Rosemary style of professional wrestler to perfection on AEW Dynamite. This week, she took things to the next level by unleashing her inner Shayna Baszler and biting Hikaru Shida on AEW Dynamite.

That said, we know that there's no chance that AEW is going to take the title from around Hikaru Shida's waist, and so it's difficult to be invested in a contest where you already know the outcome. Truth be told, there just doesn't seem to be anyone in the AEW Dynamite Women's Division who's at Hikaru Shida's level at this time.

Much like Sting and Darby Allin, Abadon was the third face-painted star who made waves this week on AEW Dynamite. It'll be interesting to see how her character evolves on the show going forward.
