The Waiting Room hosted by Dr. Britt Baker made its AEW Dynamite debut tonight. The first Waiting Room on Dynamite saw former TNT Champion Cody Rhodes as the first guest.

Britt Baker introduced Cody as the first guest before announcing that she had a second surprise guest. Her second guest turned out to be none other than Jade Cargill. Cargill came in and snatched the mic from Cody. She then told Cody that she wanted her opponent and was tired of waiting. Cargill then pushed Cody across the face.

Red Velvet came onto the set and confronted Jade Cargill in the middle of the set. Red Velvet didn't back down and slapped Cargill across the face. Cargill hit back with a nasty slap of her own. We saw a number of AEW stars come onto the set and physically separate Red Velvet and Jade Cargill.

Thunder Rosa came on the screen following The Waiting Room segment announcing that she would be facing Dr. Britt Baker in singles action at AEW Beach Break next month.
