Kamille finally made her AEW debut in July 2024 and immediately joined forces with Mercedes Mone. Since then, she has served as the bodyguard of the TBS Champion. However, things between them have not been the best in recent weeks.

It all started when Kamille failed to run over Kris Statlander in the parking lot which infuriated The CEO. On the 30th episode of Dynamite, the 32-year-old failed to defeat Statlander which again didn't please Mone much. As tensions boiled over, the TBS Champion asked her bodyguard to stay in catering during her title defense against The Galaxy's Greatest Alien at AEW Full Gear 2024.

This week on Dynamite, Statlander was about to fire her bodyguard but the Brickhouse quit instead. Now, Mercedes will be on the lookout for a new henchwoman - a role that could be filled by Indi Hartwell. The timing couldn't be any better as the 28-year-old was released from her WWE contract a few weeks ago.

In the past, Hartwell has expressed admiration for both Mercedes and Bayley citing the two women's match at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn as the reason she became a wrestler. Indi Hartwell also recently trained with The CEO at the AEW school indicating that the two women have a mutual bond as well. Mone even confirmed that she was using the former WWE star's help to train for her match against Kris Statlander.

"I had the chance to invite Indi Hartwell to the AEW school for a training session," Mone wrote. "I was looking for someone tall and strong who could channel Kris Statlander's energy, and Indi was the perfect fit." [H/T: WrestlingInc]

Indi Hartwell also fits the profile of a bodyguard given her size and strength. Additionally, Hartwell joining Mone could also be the reason why The CEO had been snapping at Kamille for the past few weeks.

Mercedes Mone says that she might be at Wrestle Dynasty

Mercedes Mone retained her title against Kris Statlander at AEW Full Gear, thereby solidifying her position at the top of the women's division. She currently holds both the TBS Championship and the NJPW Strong Women's Championship.

Following her recent title defense at Full Gear, the former Sasha Banks appeared on the post-show media scrum where she was asked about the possibility of competing at Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, 2025. She responded that fans can expect to see her at the Tokyo Dome for the PPV if she can hold on to both titles.

“If I am the TBS Champion and New Japan Strong Women’s Champion, you can expect me at Wrestle Dynasty in Japan at the Tokyo Dome. I’m going to talk to my CEO [points at Tony Khan]. We’ll have to plan that out,'' Mercedes Mone said. [H/T: Wrestling News]

If she doesn't drop her titles before January, it will be interesting to see who could face Mercedes Mone at the upcoming Wrestle Dynasty PPV in Tokyo.
