Hangman Adam Page defeated Will Ospreay in a hard-hitting Owen Hart Cup Final at Double or Nothing 2025. He is now set to face AEW World Champion Jon Moxley at All In for the title. However, Hangman's long-time rival, Swerve Strickland, could attack him and take him out before All In. In a shocking twist, Darby Allin could replace Hangman to face Moxley.

Swerve and Hangman Adam Page have a long history with each other, dating back to their legendary 2023 feud. In the past few weeks, Swerve has made it pretty evident that he is not at all on Hangman's side. Moreover, Swerve has teased a physical encounter against Hangman multiple times and has made it clear that he does not like Page.

There is a possibility that Strickland could take out the Anxious Millennial Cowboy before his match at All In to cost him his shot at the title. This could lead to Darby Allin emerging as AEW's saviour. Darby was one of the first few to step up to Moxley upon his heel turn, and was brutally taken out by The Death Riders a few months ago.

It would make a lot of sense if Darby replaced Hangman Adam Page at All In to dethrone Jon Moxley, completing a storyline that started months ago. While this is all speculation, it will be interesting to see how things turn out in Texas on July 12.

Swerve Strickland took a shot at Will Ospreay after their backstage brawl

The AEW World Championship has been held hostage by the Death Riders and Jon Moxley for over a year now. The whole AEW roster has been trying to work together to take out Moxley and his team. However, amidst all this chaos, Swerve Strickland has refused to cooperate and work with his long-time rival, Adam Page.

A few weeks ago on Dynamite, Swerve blamed Hangman for sabotaging his AEW World title win at this year's Dynasty. While Will Ospreay tried to interrupt and make peace between the two, his efforts were in vain.

After their brawl backstage at Dynamite, Strickland once again called Ospreay delusional on X.

"Absolutely delusional," he wrote.

It will be interesting to see if Swerve and Hangman can somehow work together to dethrone Jon Moxley and take back the AEW World Championship.
