The AEW comeback of Jamie Hayter continues as the end of the year approaches. The UK grappler was almost forced to retire from in-ring action due to an injury, but she made a surprise return at All In from a hiatus of more than one year and has been on a singles winning streak ever since. Now Hayter has another massive opportunity in the works.
NJPW, AEW, ROH, Stardom, and CMLL are set to present Wrestle Dynasty on Sunday, January 5 from the Tokyo Dome in Japan, just one night after Wrestle Kingdom 19 at the same venue. The big event will feature the International Women's Cup Fatal 4 Way Finals, with one representative from AEW, ROH, CMLL, and Stardom. The winner will earn a future women's title shot from one of the four participating promotions of their choosing.
Hayter has been announced for tonight's Thanksgiving Eve Dynamite, in the first qualifier for the International Women's Cup Four Way. She will wrestle Queen Aminata for the first time, and the winner will advance to Tokyo:
