A top AEW name has suffered a significant championship loss. Amid a feud with a new All Elite part-timer, recent heel antics by the wrestler and company official have back-fired in a major way, and now he's lashing out while publicly leaning on his relationship with Tony Khan.
QT Marshall currently serves as AEW's Vice President of Show & Creative Coordination. The 20-year industry veteran signed in 2019 to work on-screen and behind-the-scenes, but resigned at the end of 2023, then returned last February in his current role. As a part of QT's current deal, he no longer works on-screen for All Elite Wrestling and is free to work for other promotions, except for WWE. Shortly after returning, Marshall captured the CCW Heavyweight Championship and defended the title at several Coastal Championship Wrestling events this year.
Mr. Irresistible dropped the title to Metodi Getov at CCW's The Bash at The Brew this past weekend. The title change came after interference by AJ from viral TikTok personalities The Costco Guys, who recently inked a unique contract with AEW. Marshall took to X today to reply to a video of the CCW title change, name-dropping his boss in AEW, and issuing a warning to the father of Big Justice.
"I’m Tony Khan’s best friend, how dare you put your hands on me. I hope ruining my almost 1 year title reign was worth it. For me, this was a DOOM! [skull & crossbones emoji]," QT Marshall wrote.

Marshall's remarks come after he recently addressed his relationship with Khan following accusations by CM Punk. While Marshall does not work on-screen for Khan, he does still compete in dark matches. He was defeated by Elijah Drago in a Dynamite dark match on July 24, just two weeks after he defeated Scorpious in a ROH TV dark match.
