Toni Storm has been someone on the roster who has had a puzzling return. To many, this was her long-awaited homecoming, but to her, this was her introduction to All Elite Wrestling.
Last week, she made her "debuts" on Rampage, Collision, and even a brief appearance on Ring of Honor. She has been treating the past couple of weeks like a rookie, making a name for herself on the promotion.
During AEW Collision, she ran into The Vendetta. Storm introduced herself to them, trying to make their acquaintance. Deonna Purrazzo was not buying into her amnesia, so she set a match between her and Taya Valkyrie.

Tonight on Dynamite, the match took place, which would be Toni's first match on the show since September when she was still the women's world champion. It has been more than 125 days.
The crowd also began playing a long, chanting how she was only a rookie. In the end, Storm took the win via a roll-up pin, as she stayed undefeated after returning to the promotion.

Enzo is a Pro Wrestling journalist at Sportskeeda, reporting on AEW. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Studies, which influenced his decision of taking up sports writing professionally, and has been an avid fan of the athletic theater since childhood. He believes readers deserve authentic and unique content and aims to report in a manner which pro wrestling fans can easily relate to.
Growing up, Enzo admired former world champions like AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, Bryan Danielson, Triple H, and Randy Orton for their finishing moves. As an adult, he started to appreciate their character work, as they juggled between heel and babyface gimmicks.
If allowed to produce one final storyline involving his idols, he would have Orton lock horns with John Cena, would be their one last big feud as both of them seem to be approaching the tail end of their careers.
Other than pro wrestling, Enzo enjoys keeping up with Basketball, Football, and Formula One. He also loves watching films, playing video games, and listening to music.
