Anna Jay recently made her debut in a major wrestling company outside AEW. She has been wrestling for the popular Japanese promotion STARDOM for a few weeks now.

Jay is one of the contestants in the Stardom 5 Star Grand Prix 2024 which started earlier this month on August 10 and will last till the end of the month. She is in the Blue Stars A block.

On the August 17 edition of the Grand Prix Tournament, the AEW star took on Xena in a losing effort. During the hard-hitting bout, Anna took many chops to her chest which left brutal scars on her skin. Recently on her official X (formerly Twitter) account, Jay shared a picture of the aftermath of her match.

After her match, the star even cut a promo backstage where she disclosed that the chops she received on her chest hurt very much. Despite this, she kept going. Jsy added that winning or losing doesn't affect her anymore, as her main goal for the tournament is to gain experience and come out as a better wrestler.


Anna Jay is 1-3 in Stardom 5 Star Grand Prix 2024

So far, Anna Jay has wrestled four matches in the Stardom 5 Star Grand Prix 2024 Tournament. Her Stardom debut match took place on August 10 where she defeated Saori Anou.

After that, she faced Starlight Kid, Syuri, and Xena on August 12,15 and 17 respectively, all of which she lost. Her next match will be on August 20 where she will take on Miyu Amasaki and then on August 24, she'll go up against Koguma.

The semi-finals and finals of the tournament will be held on August 28 and 31 respectively. It would be interesting to see if the 26-year-old star will make it to the finals.
