Ricochet made his debut at the 2024 AEW All In event at Wembley Stadium in London on August 25 and instantly became a favorite among the fans. So far he has fought three matches in All Elite Wrestling.
He is set to face AEW star El Hijo del Vikingo soon but outside the Jacksonville-based promotion. Vikingo started wrestling for the Tony Khan-led company in March 2022. He hasn't been seen on AEW TV since the January 24 edition of Rampage where he participated in an AEW International Title #1 Contendership Freshly Squeezed Four Way bout.
He last set foot inside the ring on February 17, 2024, at the AULL Rencor Extremo event. After seven months of hiatus from the squared circle, he is set to return next month and his opponent will be Ricochet.
It was recently announced that The Human Highlight Reel will be heading to Japan to wrestle for the GLEAT promotion. He will team up with former Dragon Gate USA teammate CIMA to take on Soma Watanabe and Vikingo.

Ricochet teases joining new stable
This week on AEW's flagship show Dynamite, Ricochet took on one-half of the ROH Tag Team Champions Sammy Guevara and beat him in a singles bout. Following the match, he was blindsided by The Beast Mortos and brutally attacked.
Later in the show, he was seen sharing a heartfelt moment with The Conglomeration (Kyle O'Reilly, Orange Cassidy, Mark Brisco, and Chuck Taylor) in the backstage area.
In the backstage promo revealed by AEW, Mr. High Fly claimed that he felt awesome to be part of the promotion and that he was wrestling some of the best talents in the business.
He also stated that some long-time friends are in the AEW locker room which makes him feel like he's home. This could be a potential hint that he might join the stable shortly.
