Hangman Page was issued a massive challenge for WrestleDream 2024 on this week's episode of AEW Dynamite. The star who delivered the challenge was none other than Jay White.

The Switchblade returned to action after nearly three months on the October 8, 2024, edition of Dynamite. White took on Cody Chhun, defeating the latter swiftly in singles competition. After the match, the Bang Bang Gang member took up a microphone and addressed Hangman Page, whom he had attacked and tackled through a table after making his blockbuster All Elite comeback last week on Dynamite.
White reminded The Cowboy that the latter was one of two men responsible for derailing his path to the AEW World Title earlier this year, alluding to their 2024 Owen Hart Cup semifinal bout on Collision in July, which Page had won. He proceeded to challenge The Hangman to a singles match at WrestleDream 2024, the promotion's upcoming pay-per-view.

King Switch vowed to take out Page and then exact revenge on Christian Cage - who had cost him his match against Page in the Owen Hart Tournament - and afterward, go on to pursue the AEW World Championship.
It remains to be seen whether Jay White will be able to stop the ongoing rampage of Hangman Page at WrestleDream 2024.
