"It is frustrating"- 32 year old star slams AEW for keeping her in the dark

A 32-year-old star recently made some comments about AEW. She slammed the company for keeping her in the dark.

Queen Aminata has been a rising star in AEW since she first debuted in 2021. Over the years, she has made several appearances on Collision and ROH TV. She even competed for the TBS Championship last year as well as the ROH Women's World Championship. Despite her growing popularity, she had some complaints regarding her employer.

Speaking in her vlog, Queen Aminata revealed that AEW informs her of the plans for the show when she is in the makeup chair. She recalled an incident when she was informed that she had a promo or segment while she was getting her makeup done.

“You know what, I honestly feel like every time I’m in the makeup chair, that’s when I find out if I’m doing something or not. So, I was just sitting there getting my makeup done and they told me, ‘Hey, you have a segment and you have a promo.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, okay. Well, now I know what I’m doing.’ [H/T - Ringside News]

The ROH star tried to solve this problem by getting her makeup done as early as possible. She also noted that it can get frustrating at times.

"But you know what I do every week? I go do my makeup as early as possible because, again, I don’t want to rush myself. I just want to stay ready. That’s the only way I can control what I can control. Is it frustrating sometimes? Yes. Is it nerve-wracking? Yes. You have so many feelings going through your mind because you want to do so good at your job, but at the same time, you don’t have control over so many things.” [H/T Ringside News]

AEW star Queen Aminata made a plea to her fans

All major professional wrestlers have had to deal with their fair share of creepy fans. There have been many incidents when fans have stalked wrestlers and even tried to kiss some female stars. Given Queen Aminata's popularity, she is not exempt from such incidents.

The AEW star recently took to social media to share that a fan sent flowers to her hotel room with her name and room number on it. She urged her fans not to be a creep.

"😡 Be a fan. Don’t be a creep. I had a fan send me flowers to my hotel when I was in New York with my name and room number one it. - Imagine how I felt that day and days after… yall need to stop for real."
