On this week's AEW Dynamite, The Don Callis Family’s Kyle Fletcher & AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita locked horns with Ricochet & the returning Will Hobbs in tag team action.
This match was chaotic. It was hard-hitting, acrobatic, and quite memorable. Both duos looked strong. However, the team of Ricochet and Hobbs emerged victorious. Unfortunately, their triumph was spoilt by Kyle Fletcher because he attacked both wrestlers with a steel chair. From this point onward the chaos only surged, as Mark Davis, Adam Cole, and the rest of The Don Callis family brawled. But the day was saved by the returning Will Osprey.

Davis, Osprey, Hobbs, and Ricochet got the last laugh in this segment and they successfully managed to neutralize The Don Callis Family. Soon after, the four babyfaces were seen hanging out backstage. It was during this moment, that Ricochet delivered a passionate promo, warning the villainous stable of the incoming danger.
"The Don Callis family has a ton of enemies here in AEW. And tonight did nothing but prove my point. And Kyle, you piece of s*it you really think you can blindside me with a chair and get away with it? Look homie I already kicked you a*s once before. And now I have some friends who are going to help me kick your a*s one more time," said Ricochet.

According to returning AEW star Will Hobbs, Don Callis did not contact him when he was sidelined
Will Hobbs had been sidelined due to injury for several months. He was once a part of The Don Callis Family before hurting his knee on the April 24, 2024 edition of Dynamite. However, he recovered after surgery and right now Powerhouse Hobbs seems to be a solo act. According to the star, his former manager did not contact him when he was out of action. Speaking in the same backstage interview mentioned above, Hobbs said:
"Five months Don. Five months of being disrespected. No phone call. No email. Not even a text. Not even a get well gift."
As a part of The Don Callis Family, Will Hobbs held the AEW TNT Championship once. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the young star.
