AEW has secured a major victory, and Tony Khan will be a happy man. It is even more important because this news came out just moments ahead of Summer Blockbuster 2025.

Last year, Kevin Kelly and the Tate Twins, who were formerly known as The Boys, sued Tony Khan and Ian Riccaboni. They alleged that there was a breach of contract after they were released from the company. They claimed that the comments that Tony Khan had made during his press conferences were detrimental to their reputation. Kelly, on the other hand, accused Riccaboni of labeling him as a far-right conspiracy theorist.

However, POST Wrestling’s Brandon Thurston has revealed that a federal judge has ordered the group of Kevin Kelly and the Tate Twins to solve their dispute with All Elite Wrestling through arbitration. This essentially means that the disagreement would be settled outside of court by submitting it to an impartial third party, called an arbitrator, who would make a binding decision.

"Kevin Kelly & Tate Twins' dispute against AEW will go to arbitration. Judge Harvey Schlesinger grants AEW's motion to compel arbitration, citing the arbitration clauses in the plaintiffs' talent contracts. Tony Khan and Ian Riccaboni are also named defendants in the case," Thurston reported.

What did the judge reveal in his ruling in favor of AEW?

The case was handled by Judge Harvey E Schlesinger, and in his ruling, he cited how this was a classic case that requires disputes of such sort to be taken care of outside the court.

He wrote:

“[A]ll disputes between Talent and AEW, including, without limitation, any dispute relating to any matter arising under this Agreement or any dispute concerning the performance, application or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the application of this Section 16 to any dispute), shall be resolved for final, binding, and conclusive arbitration conducted before a single arbitrator in Duval County, Florida and administered by JAMS, Inc. pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures.” [H/T POST Wrestling]

It will be interesting to see how Tony Khan handles this privately and how it might affect the likes of Kevin Kelly and the Tate Twins moving forward.
