Mark Henry may not be signed with AEW any longer, but he's still passionate about the company's product. However, his suggestions to improve the promotion's television have been met with backlash from a select group of fans, and he clapped back at one of them today.
The WWE Hall of Famer is a big fan of Kazuchika Okada. The Rainmaker joined AEW earlier this year, linking up with The Elite, and soon won the Continental Championship. Okada is considered by many to be one of the best wrestlers in the world, but Mark Henry wants to see him presented with more of his NJPW flair.
Henry suggested some changes to Okada's presentation on X (fka Twitter), and a fan accused him of being a "shill a** b***h." The WWE Hall of Famer responded to the accusation today with a challenge, and you can check out his tweet here.
"People can say whatever they want to say online. Now come on we know it’s about what you say to my face. Internet tough!!!" he wrote.

Mark Henry wants to see Bobby Lashley presented as a monster
WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry also has high hopes for Bobby Lashley in AEW. The Hurt Syndicate immediately became one of the most dangerous factions in the company after their debut, but The World's Strongest Man thinks that Lashley, in particular, should be presented as someone to be feared.
Following The Hurt Syndicate's attack on Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana earlier this month, Henry expressed his interest in the angle on Busted Open Radio and suggested that Lashley could be a major player:
“Now you gotta give a reason of why he should be feared. Swerve — they need to find Nana bloodied up and Bobby wiping his hands off. Bobby needs to walk around there like a living, breathing horror movie, and if they do that? Then everything is fixed.”
Henry was a beloved fixture on Friday Night Rampage during his time with AEW. He's currently a free agent, but he's always willing to offer his two cents on the happenings in the world of professional wrestling.
