Wheeler Yuta combined forces with Jon Moxley and turned his back on Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream 2024. A few days later, Yuta apologized for betraying his mentor. But Max Caster feels that the apology is not needed.

The Purveyor of Violence turned heel and attacked Danielson at All Out earlier this year. While PAC and Claudio Castagnoli allied with Moxley, Yuta chose to stay loyal to The American Dragon. However, the former ROH Pure Champion surprisingly embraced his dark side and attacked the former AEW World Champion at WrestleDream.

On his official X/Twitter account, Yuta recently addressed his betrayal. He asked for Danielson's forgiveness.

"Sorry, Bryan. Enjoy retirement," Yuta posted.

Meanwhile, Max Caster reacted to Yuta's tweet by claiming that he shouldn't be sorry because he did nothing wrong. Caster also praised the 27-year-old for doing a "good job."

"You have nothing to be sorry for, pal! Good job!" Caster tweeted.

Bully Ray on why Wheeler Yuta betrayed Bryan Danielson

Wheeler Yuta joined the Blackpool Combat Club in 2022. He had to prove himself in a hard-fought battle against Jon Moxley to become part of the dominant group.

On Busted Open, Bully Ray speculated that Yuta betrayed Danielson to prove his credibility and earn a spot in Moxley's new faction.

"What bigger final nail in the coffin for Bryan Danielson than to have the babyface friend who came down to make the save, an original member of The BCC, who then tried to help Danielson, but now he's forced to do the most despicable of things, which is to choke Danielson out? It's almost like in a gang being jumped in, or having to reprove yourself, and they made Yuta reprove himself by putting that plastic bag over Danielson's head. So, I liked that little touch," Ray said.

The new version of BCC consists of Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Marina Shafir, and Wheeler Yuta.
