A former multi-time WWE champion made her return to RAW after a prolonged absence. Witnessing a slight change to the returning star's appearance, fans erupted with hilarious responses comparing her to current AEW star Mercedes Mone.

The aforementioned superstar, who coincidentally is Mone's best friend, is Bayley. On the June 9 edition of Monday Night RAW, The Role Model made her comeback from a storyline injury.

Upon noticing her purple hair, fans on social media hilariously started calling her 'Sasha Banks' as she had once kept the same hair color during her tenure in WWE. Moreover, some fans even joked about the fact that The CEO had made her return to the Stamford-based promotion.

Bayley reignited a feud with a new WWE champion in the promotion

Bayley was scheduled to team up with Lyra Valkyria to compete against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at WrestleMania 41 for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. However, one night before the bout, she was mysteriously attacked backstage.

This led to the return of Becky Lynch as her replacement. Following her heel turn, The Man unveiled herself as Bayley's attacker. On this week's edition of RAW, Lynch came out following her victory over Valkyria at the 2025 Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.

In doing so, the Irish superstar became the new Women's Intercontinental Champion. As she made her first address as the titleholder and called out Valkyria, Bayley made her return and attacked her from behind as a measure of redemption.

With the former WWE Women's Champion back and laying out Lynch, it seems a feud might be on the horizon for the workhorse title going forward.
