Tony Khan promises ‘must see’ edition of AEW Dynamite following last week’s fallout

Tony Khan has just sent out a message ahead of tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite. Despite the company's lackluster ratings over the past week, he claimed that tonight was a "must-see" show.

According to Wrestlenomics, last week's episode of Dynamite had a viewership of 536,000 and a record-low rating of 0.15 in the 18-49 key demographic. This was the lowest rating the show has ever attained since it began airing on Wednesday in its usual time slot.

On X/Twitter, Tony Khan posted the match card for tonight's edition of Dynamite. He mentioned key parts of the show that fans should look forward to, including matches featuring the undefeated stars in the Continental Classic. This will solidify which names will be at the top of each respective league. He also mentioned how tonight's show will feature some grudge matches.

"TONIGHT on Superstation @TBSNetwork Don’t miss Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite 8pm ET/7pm CT BOTH of the top spots in the #AEWContinentalClassic standings are on the line TONIGHT Co-leaders battle in the standings in both Gold + Blue League + Grudge Matches galore on TBS TONIGHT!" Khan wrote.

Following the company's recent decline in ratings, it remains to be seen whether this week will be any better.
