AEW Full Gear 2024 saw World Tag Team Champions Private Party survive a major scare. Ultimately, Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen emerged victorious.
The AEW World Tag Team Champions took on House of Black, The Acclaimed, and The Outrunners in a four-way match for the gold. The bout started with high-octane moves given that everyone and anyone could tag themselves in.
Malakai Black and Marq Quen started first, but just after a short while, Anthony Bowens got into the ring. After an impressive exchange, Turbo Floyd cleared the squared circle. However, Floyd was ultimately taken out by Brody King. It was pandemonium, and fans loved the action.
The Outrunners and defending champions Private Party had a back-and-forth, leading to Marq Quen and Kassidy delivering 450 splashes much to the delight of the crowd. Meanwhile, The Acclaimed looked to take advantage of the opening, with Caster attempting to pin his tag team partner. However, Quen broke up the count to continue the contest.
Private Party got the win after they hit Max Caster with the Gin and Juice to retain the AEW World Tag Team Title. It was an interesting bout and one that featured a lot of action from all the teams involved.
