Wrestling legend Sting retired from active competition at AEW Revolution earlier this year, but he's staying busy in his time away from the ring. The WWE Hall of Famer was spotted with one of his old rivals today at a convention.

Dennis Rodman is well-known to WCW fans. The NBA legend made multiple appearances for the promotion during the Monday Night Wars and was an official member of the nWo. Rodman often partnered with 'Hollywood' Hulk Hogan and famously impersonated Sting to attack Lex Luger at Road Wild 1997.

It seems the two have buried the hatchet, as Rodman was spotted catching up with The Stinger at a convention today. Check out the video below:

Dennis Rodman has remained tied to the wrestling industry and most recently appeared for AEW at the All Out 2023 pay-per-view.

Tony Khan says Sting will never wrestle for AEW again

All Elite Wrestling gave Sting the biggest sendoff it possibly could at Revolution 2024. The event took place at Greensboro Coliseum, a venue the legendary star has plenty of history with. In the end, The Stinger rode off into the sunset with his undefeated streak in AEW intact.

During the the recent Full Gear media scrum, Tony Khan confirmed that Sting will not compete again:

"In wrestling, I do think, and in my whole life, two greatest nights easily could be Sting's retirement in Greensboro being there and all those great moments paying off and three years of Sting in AEW culminating back where it started. Setting every business record in Greensboro and having Sting do it with Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat by his side, it was really cool... Sting is never gonna come back and wrestle... It ended on the highest note possible."

The Stinger may be retired from active competition, but the door remains open for him to continue his association with All Elite Wrestling. He made a surprise appearance at Wembley Stadium during this year's All In pay-per-view, and many are speculating on whether he'll appear at next year's edition, which takes place in Arlington, TX.
