The wife of the late Mr. Brodie Lee recently sent a heartwarming message to WWE Superstar Natalya. Amanda Huber thanked The Hart Dungeon Diva for training her son.
Natalya is widely regarded as one of WWE's greatest performers. She has also earned respect from fans and industry peers for her experience and openness to help train and develop future stars. One such name was recently spotted training with the former Divas Champion, Brodie Lee Jr., the son of former AEW TNT Champion, the late Mr. Brodie Lee.
Amanda Huber, the wife of The Exalted One and mother of Negative One, posted an Instagram story in which the latter can be seen training with Natalya. She expressed her gratitude to The Queen of Harts and her husband, TJ Wilson, for ensuring that Lee Jr. will be properly trained in his basics and have his fundamentals down.
"I can't express enough gratitude for @natbynature and her incredible patience and unreal amount of knowledge. The fact she's willing to work so closely with Brodie to ensure his basics are safe and solid is the most incredible thing. I'm so deeply appreciative of her and TJ. The Negative One has been closely involved with All Elite Wrestling for some time now. After the tragic passing of his father in 2020, the Jacksonville-based company signed Lee Jr.
The latter can start officially competing in AEW once he turns 18, should he choose to pursue a career in wrestling. The Dark Order member seems interested in a future in the squared circle, as he has been practicing the craft with veterans.
Natalya has reportedly re-signed with WWE, although there may have been interest from AEW
When reports emerged that Natalya's contract with WWE would expire this summer, fans and industry experts speculated on the prospect of The BOAT jumping ship to AEW. However, this did not come to pass, as according to a recent report, Natalya has re-signed with WWE.
Additionally, Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has claimed that the 42-year-old star had received an offer "from the other side" - a reference that could be alluding to AEW. However, the former Smackdown Women's Champion reportedly re-signed with the Triple H-led company before her contract expired.
"She re-signed. There was interest from the other side. She did not enter free agency - her contract had not expired yet."
The Canadian star has not been seen in action since defeating Izzi Dame on NXT last month. It remains to be seen what her future holds in WWE.
