Veltol gains further power with Takahashi's help, who hacks into almost every digital screen in Shinjuku to play Veltol's stream. Fear seeps into Marcus's body as he witnesses the Demon Lord's royal, resurrected form. He realizes his Familia powers have also been rendered useless. With no way to fight back, Marcus begs for mercy. However, Veltol had already given him a chance, which he let go.

Veltol then picks up Marcus and throws him to the Immortal Furnace to ensure the aether reactor's operation. The dark peer's body disintegrates, and his soul becomes a fuel to power Shinjuku. Elsewhere, Gram the Hero defeats every mecha opponent. The episode ends with Veltol reassuming his human form and embracing Machina, his loyal subordinate.
