The suicide bombings in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta has not just shaken the people who were either directly or indirectly impacted by the incident but also the sporting fraternity as well and in particular, many of the badminton players, who are currently involved in the Premier Badminton League(PBL) in India.
One of the key men for the Chennai Smashers, Chris Adcock, tweeted that he and his team will be wearing black armbands later today during their semifinal match against the Delhi Acers at the Kanteerava Stadium.
Several others, including Chris’s wife Gabrielle, expressed their grief over the attacks in the city.
