2024 World Series MVP Freddie Freeman has had an eventful season of baseball, full of ups and downs. Freeman, alongside his wife Chelsea, headed to the sets of the late-night talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in Hollywood, California, where Freeman talked about his unimaginable championship run with the Dodgers.

"Date night @jimmykimmellive💙"

Freddie Freeman and Jimmy Kimmel discussed a wide array of topics on the show, which kicked off with Freeman voicing his pleasure to win it all with his childhood city. The Dodgers first baseman hails from Orange County, located adjacent to LA in Southern California, which made this triumph even more special for the lefty slugger.

Apart from discussing all that went down during the five games of the World Series against the Yankees and the celebrations that followed, Freeman voiced his gratitude towards the Dodger nation for all the love and support he and his family received while going through a difficult period in July.

"I think that everyone knows my family and I went through a lot with our son. When I came back, that first game was one of the most special things I had been a part of...I try to reciprocate that love, but sometimes it takes a couple months, and thankfully I was able to put on a World Series to remember," said Freddie Freeman

While Freddie and Chelsea thanked the crowd, Jimmy Kimmel showcased some hilarious videos and photos captured during the World Series as he thanked Freddie for bringing the title to the city of Los Angeles.

Chelsea praised Freddie Freeman on winning the World Series after a trying season

In an exclusive interview with the US Magazine, Chelsea Freeman showered praise on her husband for claiming a second World Series title despite facing countless adversities throughout the season. She said:

“I’m so proud of him [from] everything that we’ve gone through as a family this year and all of his injuries. He’s Superman actually, but we’re so happy."

The challenging period mentioned above was when their son Maximus got diagnosed with the Guillain-Barre syndrome right after the 2024 All-Star break in July. Thankfully, Max's condition has been improving and he is expected to make a full recovery.

Freddie Freeman finished the Fall Classic with a record-tying 12 RBIs and four home runs and claimed his maiden Fall Classic MVP honors with the LA Dodgers.
