Considered the topgolf in the baseball world, 'Hom Run Dugout' — a swanky new baseball entertainment venue located in Katy, Texas, is due to open at the end of March, as per reports.

It was the owners Nick Hermandorfer and Tyler “Bam Bam” Bambrick's idea to create something niche, something that would encapsulate the feeling of hitting a home run while eliminating the intimidation factor involved in it. Not simply by building regular batting cages, but by building a safe space, a space where different types of people "could impress each other without the fastballs and sweaty, rented helmets." Share a couple of drinks side by side, or even head over there on a first date!

The entertainment venue boasts 46,000 sq. ft. of space and is located in the western part of the Greater Houston metropolitan area, the fifth-most populous metropolitan statistical area in the United States.

Baseball enthusiasts here are treated to a mighty 12 virtual batting bays and one open field. There are two bars on site, serving 20+ craft beers to their patrons, and a full-service restaurant that compliments it with its mouth-watering menu that demands you sit and eat a meal there. Live music is a running theme at the park, and dogs are welcome too.
