Alex Bregman's wife Reagan has been busy on multiple fronts. Apart from taking care of their two-year-old Knox, she's also a jewelry designer for Shaftel Diamonds and has her own athleisure brand, Exiza. Add to that, she walked the ramp for Cesar Galindo's collection a few weeks ago.

For all this, Reagan has been moving around a lot. She maintains her fitness through regular workout and has experienced that the post travel workouts always ends best.

On Thursday, Reagan posted a snap where she was in a sleeveless white tank top paired with bright blue shorts and white sneakers while she was seen having a drink in what appears to be a post work out photo.

"My face says it all," Reagan wrote in her Instagram story. "Workouts after a lot of travel are always the hardest to start and the best to finish."

She also thanked Jaime Rodriguez for the lifting program.

Reagan shares glimpses from weekend filled with work, family and lifestyle

A couple of days ago, Reagan shared a series of photos filled with her on the professional front, hitting the streets, attending a baseball game, and a brewing friendship between Knox and Maria Hader's son Lucas, spending time with her husband and tasting different delicacies.

She had the perfect caption to top off the memories:

"More of a work hard, rest harder kind of girl," she wrote.

Last week she shared her time walking the ramp on Cesar Galindo's collection. She shared behind the stage snaps with fellow models.

Meanwhile, between all this, her husband, Alex Bregman, is walking uncharted territories. The Houston Astros third baseman is nearing the end of the 2024 regular season with no contract extension inked as of now.

It seems the 2024 postseason run might turn out to be his last few games for the Astros. He likely will join his former teammates George Springer and Carlos Correa, who took their talents elsewhere in similar situations in seasons prior.
