Looking back at Ronny Garcia's baseball career

Ronny Garcia was a part of the Astros in minor league between 2017-2023 and recorded 9-15 in his overall outings. The young pitcher came to the USA after spending three seasons in Dominican Summer League affiliates.

That year between the Florida Complex League and Class-A Fayetteville, the young RHP posted an impressive ERA of 2.11.

In 2022, he allowed only one single run in around 18.1 innings that he pitched.

Garcia joined Pennsylvania’s MiLB side, the York Revolutions, as a free agent earlier this year. The team's manager back then was impressed by the acquisition of this young talent. Back then he said:

“He’ll be a young bullpen arm for us. I’m excited about him. He has really good career numbers. He’s an intriguing young pitcher. I’m hoping I can get him to be more than just a one-inning guy, maybe a bridge-type guy in the sixth or seventh inning. I’m excited to get my eyes on him.”

In his overall pro career, he has played 122 games and pitched 186.2 inning, securing the ERA of 3.42 while strinking out 200 batters.
