Yankees icon Alex Rodriguez is a girl dad over everything else. He shares two daughters, Natasha and Ella, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis. The ex-MLB slugger often spends quality time with his daughters and shares those adorable moments with them with his social media family.
His oldest daughter, Natasha Rodriguez, is nineteen and is studying musical theatre at the University of Michigan. A-Rod and his girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro are often seen attending her plays and showcasing their support in her journey as a theatre actress.
Rodriguez, being extremely attached to his daughter, keeps taking out time from his busy schedule to visit Natasha in Michigan. On his recent visit, Alex Rodriguez posted a fun Instagram reel where he captured the true essence of being a "college dad."
"The only thing that humbles you faster than a being a dad, is being a college dad" - Alex Rodriguez wittingly wrote on his recent post.
In the video, the Yankees legend was seen restocking his daughter's refrigerator with food and beverages that he purchased from Trader Joe's. While at it, A-Rod donned a quirky t-shirt that read 'Michigan Dad' in Natasha's university emblem colors.
In 2023, when Natasha graduated from high school and at Michigan University, Rodriguez took to Instagram to share his bittersweet feelings about his daughter growing up so fast.
"Left my heart in Michigan. Dropping off Natasha Rodriguez at college was one of the hardest, but most proud moments of being a father. Can’t wait to watch her take on this big new chapter." - Alex Rodriguez had captioned his post.
Alex Rodriguez spent a fun day shopping for his daughter Natasha before attending her University football game
On Saturday evening, A-Rod took to his Instagram story to share how the Yankee dad was tricked into hopping from one shop to another instead of attending the college game. The father-daughter duo stopped at several shops, like furniture stores, Lululemon, Maxwell's, and Trader Joe's, before finally stopping by the game.
"Back at Ann Arbor for the big game today and uh I got us some great tickets for Tasha and I , pregame passes on the field, we have a great day schedule. We still haven't been to the game. We've gone to a furniture store, we've gone to Lululemon, we've gotten to Maxell's and now in my favorite spot Trader Joe's. No game, I'm starving, why're we here?" - Alex Rodriguez explained in the video.
After running his daughter's errands, A-rod was seen finally being able to attend the game and share smiles on the field.
