San Francisco star Aubrey Huff got himself in hot water after he made a sexist comment about women.

The player was suspended from Twitter in 2021 for spreading misinformation, but it seems like Huff has been up to his antics for a while now. In August 2019 he made a Tweet on his official Twitter account about his unsavory opinions on what he thought about women.

He said the following:

"I believe n marriage the way it was in the old days when women had pride n being a stay at home mom & making sure her man is satisfied providing for the family. Marriage has become a biz 4 women looking 2 get rich off a successful man"

Aubrey Huff's Twitter account was reinstated in 2022, but it doesn't seem he has changed much. He married Barbara Heaton and had two children with her. They briefly separated back in 2012 but got back together back but then split for good in 2017.

Huff always seems to be in a hot spot when it comes to his Tweets, as he is known not only as a staunch Trump supporter, but also as a misogynist.

Even before he started spreading dangerous misinformation regarding a virus that had killed many, he has said a lot of things that are considered just as horrible but much less dangerous.

Especially back in 2019, he let out a lot of sexist comments, some of which included him indirectly calling women who marry baseball players "gold diggers."

In a tweeter post, he said the following:

"Divorce rates amongst athletes will continue to rise until the justice system is rightfully fixed. "

Aubrey Huff added:

"No way women who have never threw a touchdown pass, hit a game winning 3, or hit a 2-0 slider deserve half of a mans hard earned money just for having his babies."

The post was made by Huff in reaction to news of Michael Strahan's wife asking for more money in the divorce settlement.

The Giants star made the comment unprecedented and based on a situation where he had no factual knowledge. It sparked outrage among Twitter users, who replied with:

No wonder, after all these comments, Huff was officially banned from Twitter. However, he was reinstated and many are not happy with that fact.
