Caitlin Clark is one of the best basketball players in the world. The 21-year-old Iowa Hawkeyes guard was named Naismith National Player of the Year on Wednsday after having a fantastic season.

Clark has led her team to the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament and could end up winning the championship in just a few days. The 6-foot junior has had numerous impressive performances, including a 41-point triple-double in the Elite Eight.

Clark's performance has made her even more popular. She's gotten attention from John Cena, a professional wrestler, as well as Magic Johnson, a basketball Hall of Famer.


Caitlin Clark's "You Can't See Me" celebration has caught John Cena's attention

Clark was on fire during the Elite Eight matchup against the Lousville Cardinals on Sunday. She scored 41 points on 11-for-19 shooting, while also adding 10 rebounds, 12 assists and three steals in the 97-83 romp.

The 21-year-old superstar was on fire throughout the entire game, knocking down eight 3-point shots. After hitting her sixth long-range shot, Clark celebrated with John Cena's iconic "You Can't See Me" celebration. The clip has since gone viral, and she's received so much attention that even the former wrestler tweeted at her.

"Even if they could see you…they couldn’t guard you!" John Cena tweeted, before congratulating Clark on her historic performance.

With more than 14 million followers on Instagram, Cena is one of the most influential people in the world. Due to this, it's no surprise that his tweet has been seen by a lot of people and that many basketball fans reacted to it

Clark's fans are happy that she's received recognition from popular celebrities like Cena.

Some fans, including the game commentator, did not know what Caitlin Clark's celebration meant. Others, however, were surprised that so many people didn't know about John Cena's iconic celebration.

The 21-year-old guard was truly legendary as her on-court performance was breathtaking. Triple-doubles at this stage are extremely rare, yet Caitlin Clark became the first player in NCAA history to record a 40-point triple-double.

Clark and her Hawkeyes (30-6) will play against No. 1 overall seed and defending national champion South Carolina (36-0) in the Final Four on Friday.
