A few hours ago, popular BGMI streamer and Team X Spark's owner, Scout, uploaded a story on his Instagram handle. In it, the pro player seemed optimistic about performing well for Team X Spark in the upcoming India versus Korea LAN tournament. He took the opportunity to fuel the mental strength of his teammates, who have not competed in an international tournament for a long time.

Tagging his teammates, Sarang, Dreams, Pukar, and Aditya, Scout wrote:

"Tomorrow is a big day for all of us, specially tx fam (family). We will give our best no matter what. It's been a long time we have been waiting for this opportunity. Let's move to a new start of something great."

Scout is one of the most popular Battlegrounds Mobile India esports players in the country and holds the record for participating in most PUBG Mobile (Global variant of BGMI) international tournaments as an Indian. Hence, his statement has a buzz amongst millions of fans who will be cheering him and Team X Spark on once the tournament begins later today.

Scout missed out on participating in the BGIS 2023 Grand Finals for Team X Spark. However, the team performed brilliantly and finished third on the points table after Gladiators and Big Brother Esports.

Meanwhile, Scout confirmed his participation in the India vs Korea Invitational tournament by posting a picture of himself clad in a Team X Spark jersey and standing before a digital image of India's national flag.

His recent Instagram story also highlights how he is optimistic about tasting success in the LAN event. If the BGMI esports team wins the tournament, it will be the first time an Indian side emerges victorious in an international event.


BGMI India vs Korea Invitational tournament will feature 16 top-notch squads

A total of 16 squads (eight from each country) will compete for a prize pool of INR 1 crore and the coveted trophy. The tournament will be held in Delhi from October 26 to 28.

BGMI esports enthusiasts will be hoping that the top eight teams from the recently concluded BGIS 2023 Grand Finals put up a strong show against Korea's best teams.
