Brandon Garrison plays as a forward for the Kentucky Wildcats men's basketball team and is a sophomore as of the 2024-2025 season. He is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and graduated from the Del City High School. Prior to joining the Kentucky Wildcats, Garrison played for the Oklahoma State Cowboys during the 2023-2024 season. As a senior, Brandon Garrison averaged 15.7 points, 10 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game while Del City won the state championship, earning him the title of Oklahoma Gatorade Player of the Year. In the state championship game versus Carl Albert High School, he pulled down 16 rebounds and scored 17 points. Brandon Garrison was chosen to participate in the McDonald's All-American Boys Game in 2023. Garrison, a four-star recruit, turned down offers from Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Houston to play collegiate basketball at Oklahoma State.

As a freshman, Brandon Garrison played in all 32 games and started the last 29 of them. In 22.7 minutes per game, he averaged 7.5 points and 5.3 rebounds. In terms of blocks per game, Garrison was rated fifth among the Big 12 leaders (1.47). His total of 47 blocks ranked fifth among all OSU freshmen. Brandon transferred to the Kentucky Wildcats in 2024. At the 2022 FIBA U18 Americas Championship in Tijuana, Mexico, Brandon Garrison clinched gold. Additionally, he participated in the 2022 FIBA U18 Americas Championship in Tijuana, Mexico, as a member of the USA Basketball Men's U18 National Team. He also went to the April minicamp for the 2022 Junior National Team.
