Kylan Boswell, born April 18, 2005, is a point guard who has transferred to Illinois Fighting Illini after playing two seasons with the Arizona Wildcats. The 6ft 2inch point guard started his collegiate journey with Arizona where he was reclassified in the 2022 recruiting class. In his freshman season, Boswell started all games off the bench and recorded 4.6 points, 1.6 assists, and 1.6 rebounds per game. The following season as a sophomore, Boswell started in 35 out of 36 games and led the team with 50 steals. Last season, Boswell averaged 9.6 points, 3.6 assists, and 2.3 rebounds per game and was ranked eighth in the conference with 3.61 assists per game. However, after two seasons, Boswell decided to transfer to Illinois to play the next two years of his collegiate career.

Boswell was rated a four-star recruit and was the No.2 player to come out of the state of Arizona in the class of 2022. He attended the Centennial High School where he led them to a CIF Southern Section before transferring to AZ Compass Prep during his junior season. Boswell also represented USA Basketball at the FIBA Americas U16 Championship and won a gold medal averaging 9.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per contest in six games.
