Duffy coached the program for two seasons and led them to two postseasons. In two seasons with the program, Duffy led Miami (Ohio) to a pair of WNIT appearances. In 2019, she was announced the new head coach of Marquette and became the most winningest in the program’s history. In five seasons with the Golden Eagles, she led the team to the NCAA tournament four times and became the fastest coach to reach the 100-win mark in Marquette’s history.
