Hanna and Haley Cavinder continue to enjoy a dream return to college basketball. The Cavinder twins, who stayed away from college basketball for a whole year, have been influential in Miami's opening five games, as all ended in victories for the Hurricanes.
On Friday, the Hurricanes extended their winning streak to five with a narrow 71–66 win over the Campbell Lady Camels at Coral Gables. On Wednesday, the Cavinder twins took to social media to share some of their favorite snaps from their performance at the Watsco Center.
The collage on their Instagram features pictures from their warmup and the game itself. The Cavinder twins, popular athletes in women's college basketball, instantly caught the attention of fans with their latest post.
Some trolled them, with one mocking them for the empty seats in the stands at the Watsco Center as only 2,259 people had attended the game between the Canes and the Lady Camels.
"Not exactly a Caitlin Clark type attendance I see lol," one fan wrote.
"They're supposed to be twins but they dont even have the same numbers or hair styles. Gotta wonder who they pay and how much to constantly take photos of them so they can post," another wrote.
Others, including their sister Brandi, showed them love and affection in the comments.
"Look how cute u guys are," Brandi wrote.
"Dynamic duo!!!" One fan wrote.
"The both of y'all keep up the good work also and the both of y'all is very pretty also," a fan wrote.
"See yall in Louisville!" Another wrote.
