Pop Isaacs, born on August 24, 2003, is an American college basketball athlete who has transferred to Creighton Bluejays after playing two seasons with the Texas Tech Red Raiders. One of the top athletes in the 2024 transfer portal, Isaacs embarked on his collegiate journey with Texas Tech where he earned Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors during his freshman year. Isaacs averaged 11.5 points, 2.7 assists and 2.0 rebounds per game per game in 24 appearances and also missed seven games due to an injury. The following season as a sophomore, Isaacs started in all 34 games and led the program with 15.8 points per content. However, after two seasons with the program, Isaacs signed with Creighton Bluejays with two years of eligibility remaining.

Coming out of Coronado High School, Isaacs was ranked the top prospect in the state of Nevada and was ranked No.67 nationally in the 2022 recruiting class. During his senior year, he averaged 23 points and five rebounds and was named the Southern Nevada Offensive Player of the Year. Isaacs also earned a gold medal while representing the USA Basketball U16 team.
