Pop Isaacs is an American basketball power forward who will play his third season of college basketball with the Creighton Bluejays. He began his high school basketball career at Coronado High School where he played during his freshman and senior year. He spent his sophomore and junior years at Wasatch Academy where he averaged 14.1 points and 2.4 assists per game during his junior year. Isaacs was named the Southern Nevada Offensive Player of the Year in his senior campaign after averaging 23 points and 5 rebounds. Following his varsity career, Isaacs received many offers from Division I schools like Arizona State, Arkansas, Florida State, Iowa, Kanas, Duke, Kentucky, Minnesota, Ole Miss, TCU, and Texas A&M among others.

Isaacs decided to start his collegiate basketball journey with Texas Tech in 2022 and was the highest-rated recruit from Nevada in the 2022 recruiting class. In his freshman year, Isaacs saw action in 25 games and recorded 287 points and 67 assists. In the 2023-24 season, Isaacs averaged a career-high 15.8 points, 3.5 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game while seeing action in all 34 games. However, after two seasons with the program, Isaacs decided to transfer to Creighton with two years of eligibility remaining.
