#4 Jofra Archer available for England from next year

A change in England and Wales Cricket Board's eligibility rules had made Jofra Archer available to play for England, starting January next year. Archer, known for his pinpoint bowling at the death and hard-hitting batting, could be part of the side's World Cup plans, after the new rule reduced the country's residence provision from seven years to three.
Archer, born in Barbados, arrived in England at the age of 18, and had to initially serve a residence probation of seven years. However, with the new rule coming into force, the now 23-year-old can don the England jersey from January 2019, a dream he could not have realised until 2022 with the previous rules.
