Hardik Pandya has become an integral part of the Indian team

Hardik Pandya has become a huge part of the Indian team across all formats in the last year or so. After the team management's decision to introduce Pandya to Test cricket in 2017, he has been playing a lot of matches for the Indian team.

Except for Nidahas trophy, he has played every series India has played in the last year. In the ongoing England tour, Pandya has been part of India's playing XI in every match. Even though Pandya hasn't had many injury problems in the past and seems to be extremely fit, considering the fact that he is going to be vital for India's chances in future, he might be rested for Asia Cup.

This might also provide the selectors with an opportunity to try out other all-rounders like Hardik's elder brother Krunal, Axar Patel and Vijay Shankar.
