#2 Karun Nair

Australia A v India A

Karun Nair was an emerging star in Test cricket for India. Having scored a wonderful knock of 303 in Chennai against England, he became only the second Indian batsman after Virender Sehwag to score a triple century for India in the whites.

Karun Nair has scored 374 runs in 7 innings for India at an impressive average of 62.33. Despite these stats, he didn't play a single Test match in England. He was also unceremoniously neglected by the Indian selectors when they picked the squad to face the West Indies.

Hence, from the attitude of the selectors it seems that Nair doesn't feature in their plans at all and so there is a good chance they might not select him in Test cricket in the future.
