Hardik Pandya has been one of India's consistent member in all the three formats in the recent past. The all-rounder is a worthy cricketer and brings utility in the Indian limited overs side. He has witnessed enough success in the shorter versions of the game to be entitled as the sure starter for India in almost all games.

Though with his injury in the Asia Cup, it is expected that the all-rounder will be sidelined from India's ODI squad. Hardik forms an important part in Inda's scheme of things in the lead up to the World Cup. However, Ravindra Jadeja, who grabbed his all-rounder's spot with both hands, has done enough to be in the reckoning for a spot in the playing XI. It is a no-brainer that both Jadeja and Pandya will be part of India's World Cup plans but at the moment Jadeja would edge Pandya on the basis of his recent performances.
