#1 First cricketer to score half-centuries in ten different countries
The veteran T20 cricketer Rohit Sharma has proved that he is one of the greatest to play T20I cricket. He has managed to score over 50 runs in an innings on most of the countries he has traveled.
Currently, he has 20 fifty-plus scores in the shorter version of the game, which is the most by any cricketer. He broke the record of Virat Kohli when he scored a match-winning fifty against New Zealand in the recently concluded series.
With the latest half-century that he scored against New Zealand, he also became the first cricketer to score fifties in ten different countries. He had already scored fifties in Australia, South Africa, England, India, USA, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Ireland.
This is a special record from a special T20I cricketer. Rohit Sharma will surely be a very key player for India in the 2019 World cup and also in 2020 WT20 which is set to be played in Australia.
