An entertaining knock

The 31-year-old made his T20 international debut in the concluding match of the T20 series. Jonker walked in to bat in the 13th over of the match when South Africa needed 94 runs from 42 balls. With JP Duminy on the other end, the target was still within South Africa's reach.

After the wicket of JP Duminy fell South Africa required 64 from 24 balls and it was all but over for South Africa but Jonker's late hitting took South Africa to 165 just 8 runs short of the target. Jonker played a brilliant inning of 49 runs of just 24 balls.
