This is another record that could be broken but will take some doing. Indonesia Women were the record setters here as openers Y Anggraeni and K Winda Prastini stitched together a partnership worth 257 runs against the Philippines in their match on December 21st, 2019.

They batted together for 19.4 overs, as Anggraeni scored a century while Winda Prastini remained unbeaten on 89. This is the highest partnership for any wicket in all T20 International Cricket.

#4 Oldest & Youngest Players on Debut

Osman Goker of Turkey made his debut against Romania on 29th August, 2019 at an age of 59 years and 181 days. He was the oldest player on debut across any format of cricket by some margin. In comparison, the oldest player on debut in Test cricket was James Southerton (49y 119d) for England, while the same in ODIs was Nolan Clarke (47y 240d) for the Netherlands.

Talking of the oldies in T20s, Turkey has been playing grandpas in their matches and they have T20 status!!! Osman Goker was 59 year 181 days on debut.. Akyuz 57y 89days, Kansoy 57 y 54 days, Alta 54y 96 days - all Turkey players! Ridiculous!!

Marian Gherasim of Romania made his debut against Bulgaria on 16th October, 2020 at the age of 14y 16d. He is the youngest player ever to have played an international match across formats. In comparison, the youngest player to have played ODIs was Hasan Raza (14y 233d) for Pakistan. Raza was also the youngest to have ever played Tests at the age of 14y 277d.

Yes, you read that right. In a match between Tanzanian Women and Mali Women on 22nd June 2019, Tanzanian bowler Perice Mamunya bowled four consecutive maidens as she choked the life out of Mali’s chase of 286.
