India's opening warhorse, Rohit Sharma has been around the corner for a long time now. His form is taking an upgrade with the time and he had a good captaincy stint as well recently in the Asia Cup.

The Mumbai born cricketer owns the highest individual score in ODIs and has already over 7000 ODI runs in 192 matches. He plays aggressive cricket and once he gets going, it's quite hard to stop him and that was visible in the ongoing West Indies series as well.

The fluence he is showing currently ensures that he will play more than 300 ODIs for India.

#3 Shikhar Dhawan

Rohit Sharma's opening partner, Shikhar Dhawan too has shown a lot of promise at the top for India in both limited overs cricket and Test matches. The southpaw is 71 runs away from completing the 5000-run mark in ODI cricket while he has over 2000 Test runs as well.

He made his international debut in 2010 and went on cement his place in the team in later years with his consistent impressive outings. Earlier, he had to wait for his chance as Gambhir and Sehwag were leading the charge at that time.

Dhawan too is expected to cross 300-ODI milestone, given he keeps himself fit and scores runs consistently.
