The 29-year old left-hander is one of the best talents to come out of Zimbabwe in the last few years. He has slowly become one of the most reliable batsman for the team, especially in the limited overs format.

He was good in the World T20 and displayed his array of strokes. He is also a decent player of spin and plays the sweep and the reverse sweep to great effect.

Also, Williams is a handy slow-left arm bowler and more often than not bowls out his overs during the middle phase of the innings.
