Rishabh Pant

Rishabh Pant has been a consistent performer in domestic cricket over the last few years. He is an aggressive wicketkeeper-batsman who can score big scores. His Ranji Trophy triple century is a perfect example of his hunger to score runs. He can be a like to like successor to MS Dhoni. He already has some good scores in test cricket and can perform the role of a finisher in this XI.

Hardik Pandya has been playing the role of a finisher to perfection in the ODIs that he has played. In the wake of an ageing MS Dhoni, he has been able to provide the late flourishes with the innings, at a time when the middle order is struggling with consistency. Since the IPL, his bowling has improved and can now deliver his ten overs on consistent bases. Also, his fielding has won many matches for India. He can provide an excellent all-round package for this XI.
